How to Be a Good Friend to Our Animals
Always listen to staff instructions.
Move slowly and calmly around the animals.
Use soft voices.
Do not chase, grab, squeeze, or pick up animals.
Only feed animals with approved food from staff.
Do not bring outside food into animal areas.
Wash or sanitize hands before and after animal encounters.
Children must be supervised by adults at all times.
Flash photography may not be allowed in some areas.
Some animals may be resting and cannot be disturbed.
Do not tap cages, fences, or glass.
Keep bags, sunglasses, hats, and loose items away from animal reach.
Follow staff guidance for photos.
Respect the animals' space.
Visitor Waiver
All guests entering the animal experience area will be required to complete and sign a visitor waiver before participating. This helps us ensure the safety and wellbeing of both our guests and our animals.
The waiver will be provided on arrival or can be completed digitally in the future. By booking a visit, you agree to complete the waiver before entering the animal experience area.
